副首职责:1.更新人力(这个最重要!!!部落始终保持45人,多余45人时就在成员列表里从下往上踢些没有段位多天没上线基本没收捐兵数的).2.升降成员(积极收捐兵且非狂收少捐者升长老,不符的降级).3.组织战斗(平时副首都可开联赛部落战,尽量选活跃且战力强有时间打的首发,依战绩调整次场参战成员,以最终战绩发放奖励).
